  2. Career Changers: Individuals who are looking for a change in their careers, transitioning into a new field or industry, including those who wish to embark on a second innings of their careers.
  3. Individuals Concluding Family Responsibilities: Women who have fulfilled their family responsibilities and are now eager to re-enter the workforce or engage in meaningful social contributions.
  4. Aspiring Social Contributors: Individuals passionate about contributing their talents, skills, and experiences towards social causes and making a positive impact in society.
  5. Women Seeking Personal Growth and Network Building: Those interested in networking with like-minded individuals, connecting with a community dedicated to social transformation, and expanding their professional circle.
